I was a kid when I realized that good things came to me when I “sweat it out" and now these are the word live by. At 13, I became adept at learning Spanish, but struggled with really mastering the language so I got myself to Costa Rica, immersed myself in Spanish and came home fluent.

A few years ago, I became a fitness junkie and I “sweat it out" every day with intense workouts. But what really brings me joy is writing my fitness blog and seeing how I can help my followers reach their fitness goals. You can check out my “sweat it out” blog here.
